You may have already noticed that Amazon has made a small update to its review system a few weeks ago. From now on, the buyer can leave not only a product review but also a rating. Rating is just stars, no text. In the listing, it shows ratings next to the stars (reviews + number of ratings) and no longer just the reviews. In the review section below, you only see reviews with text. In my opinion, it is now easier for buyers to evaluate a product because they don’t need to think as much. A few of my clients have had many text-free reviews left under their listing. Have you noticed an increase in “review rate%” on your market?
